At Bike4Mind®, we are committed to protecting your privacy — we never train models on your content, our telemetry is content-free, and if you want us out of the loop entirely, you can self-host and keep everything.
Information We Collect
Account Information
We collect your email address when you sign up for our services or contact support. This is used for authentication, support communication, and important service updates.
Usage Analytics
We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics to improve our platform. This includes non-personally identifiable information such as referrer, region, and interaction patterns. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland these analytics cookies load only after you consent.
Advertising & Retargeting
We use the Reddit advertising pixel to measure ad performance and build retargeting audiences. Like analytics, this marketing cookie is blocked for EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors until you opt in, and can be turned off at any time via Cookie Settings.
AI Interaction Data
To improve the product, we collect anonymized usage data about how features are used. This telemetry is content-free — it never includes your conversations or files.
Model Provider Processing
Prompts and responses routed to third-party model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) are processed under those providers' API terms, which exclude use of your content for training their models. Each provider's privacy policy governs its own processing. Self-hosted open-weight models involve no third-party processing at all.
